Crafter & Vendor Information
The Simpsonville Arts Foundation, Inc. (SAFI) is excited to recruit crafters, and other creative merchants, to be a part of one of the best festivals in downtown Simpsonville. Oktoberfest 2026 will be a family-friendly event with traditional Oompah music, beer and bratwursts, plus a showcase of local arts & craft vendors.
Location of Event
All festival activities will take place at Burdette Central on the corner of S.E. Main Street and E. Curtis Street. An event map showing assigned spaces and access routes will be shared with confirmed participants in advance of the event date.

Event Date: Friday, October 16, 2026

5:00-10:00pm
Crafters & Vendor Setup:
Info will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event date.
Additional Information
• Vendor spaces will be 10’x10’.
• Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and other display equipment.
• Power is limited and incurs an additional fee.
• Application deadline is Monday, August 31 at 5:00pm.

CRAFTER & VENDOR FEES
• $25 Non-refundable application fee (paid at time of application)
If you have been accepted to participate as a crafter or vendor at this event, SAFI will send you an acceptance email with a link to pay the required booth (and optional power) fees online.
• $50 Booth fee, if accepted to the event (must be received by September 15)
• $25 Optional Power Fee (due with booth fee)
NOTE: Powered spaces are very limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
All fees can be paid online via credit card. Application fees are non-refundable.
